| Hydro Turbines Industries |
A variety of Heat, High Impact and Abrassion Resistant Steel are being used for this industry, but most of the Water Turbine we produce are made up of 13/4 Martensitic Stainless Steel to ASTM A743 Gr CA6NM. These castings are subjected to stringent testing ,Procedure and Quality Check requirements. In case where a special requirement in needed our Metallurgical Staff will be pleased to offer technical advise regarding metal selection.

| Mining Industries |
High Chromium, and Chromium Nickel(Ni-Hard) abrasion resistant cast iron which are widely used in the material handling. Being used for pulverizing, pulping, crushing, and grinding process and for other various purposes, including gravel, and slurry pumps and components parts for shot blast machine. Their As-cast structures normally consist of discontinuous iron-chromium carbides in a matrix of austenite and martensite. They are normally free from graphite and pearlite excepts in heavy slowly cooled sections. These irons may be heat treated to provide a very hard predominantly martensitic matrix or for applications where limited machining is required the irons may first be annealed before final hardening.
